For businesses: launch a token, no crypto experience needed Demo preview
You don't need to know how blockchains work to launch here. This page walks a company through it in plain English: what you'll need, what each step does, and what the words mean. Everything in this preview runs on Solana devnet with test tokens that have no value.
Path 1: Your company's own token
A community, rewards or brand token for your customers and fans. It is not a share of your company and gives no ownership or profit rights.
- Get a wallet. Install Phantom, Solflare or Backpack (a free app). It works like a login and a bank account in one. Write down the recovery phrase and keep it offline.
- Prepare your details. Name, ticker (3 to 6 letters), logo, a short description and your website and social links.
- Pick how fees work. Standard splits a small trading fee between you and the platform. Reward pays part of every transfer to holders. You choose 1% or 3%; in Reward mode that fee is locked in at launch.
- Launch. On the Launchpad press "Prepare, sign & launch". Your wallet asks you to approve once; that approval is your signature.
- Grow it. Your coin appears on the board and leaderboard. You can edit the description and links after launch and send holder payouts from your dashboard.
Path 2: A coin paired with a tokenized stock
Launch a new coin that trades against an existing licensed stock token, issued by an outside licensed issuer and backed 1:1 by real shares.
- Choose the stock to pair with. Pick it from the stock list on the Launchpad. The tokenized stock itself is issued and backed by that outside issuer, not by Liquistate.
- Set up your coin. Same details as Path 1: name, ticker, logo and description.
- Launch and trade. Your coin is priced against the paired stock token. Buyers trade from their own wallets; Liquistate never holds anyone's funds.
- Want your own shares on-chain? Turning your company's actual shares into tokens is done with a licensed issuer and your attorney, not on the Launchpad. Start with the launch-prep hub to request an attorney or other prep help.
Where people tokenize stock
Licensed third parties issue stock tokens, not Liquistate: xStocks, Ondo Global Markets, Dinari, Securitize. Many are not open to US persons. Not investment advice. Full list and the 3 steps to add your tokenized stock โ
Verified before it trades
Card and real estate coins stay locked until the asset passes all 4 checks. The server enforces this on every launch, whether it comes from this site, the API or an AI agent through /mcp. The coin's raise is capped at 100% of the verified value.
Graded cards
- Grader cert. The PSA, BGS, CGC or SGC cert number is checked against the grader's official lookup. If the lookup can't be reached automatically, a reviewer checks it by hand and records the grade.
- Legacy vault. The card is received and vaulted by Legacy Sovereign.
- Appraised value. Recent sold comps or a professional appraisal, with sources and a date.
- Admin approval. Final review by Liquistate unlocks the launch.
Property
- Title and owner. The owner of record is matched to public property records by parcel ID or address. Florida: automated for all 67 counties through the Florida Dept. of Revenue statewide parcel data (the county property appraisers' tax roll). Also automated: New York City, Maricopa AZ, Harris TX and Cook IL. Other counties get a link to the county appraiser or assessor search (or a state records directory where we don't list that county yet), and a reviewer attaches a screenshot or document.
- Legal setup. An LLC/SPV is formed and its operating agreement is on file.
- Appraisal. A licensed appraisal or real comps, with sources and a date.
- Admin approval. Final review by Liquistate unlocks the launch.
Launch right away
Stock-paired coins and crypto coins skip the checklist and launch in minutes, whether you launch them yourself or your AI agent does. Agent launches get a Launched by AI agent badge.
Card or property coins can't slip through these categories: anything that looks like a graded card or a property is refused there and sent to /verify.
https://liquistate-preview.pages.dev/mcp with an agent API key. It builds unsigned transactions that the bot signs with its own devnet wallet, and the same lock applies to card and real estate coins. What you'll need before launch day
- A Solana wallet app with a little SOL to pay network costs (on this preview, free devnet test SOL).
- Your logo as a square PNG or JPG, plus a one- or two-sentence description.
- Your website and social links, so buyers can check you're real.
- For real-world assets (property, a vaulted card): the documents, appraisal and proof the custody partner asks for. The launch-prep hub lists appraisal, online notary, attorney and other services.
What the words mean
- Wallet
- An app that holds your tokens and signs approvals. Only you control it; Liquistate can't move your funds.
- SOL
- Solana's currency, used to pay small network costs and to buy coins.
- Token or coin
- A digital unit recorded on the Solana blockchain that people can hold and trade.
- Ticker
- The short name a coin trades under, like a stock symbol.
- Bonding curve
- The starting price formula: the price rises automatically as more people buy, so there's always someone to trade with from day one.
- Graduation
- When enough has been bought, the coin moves from the curve to an open trading pool.
- Liquidity pool
- A shared pot of two assets that lets anyone swap one for the other at the market price.
- Signing
- Approving an action in your wallet app. Nothing happens without it.
- Devnet
- Solana's practice network. Tokens there are free and worth nothing, so it's safe to try everything.
